PLASTISOL COATED

The Plastisol Coated finish offers a tougher and more durable option than our other sheets, including the Polyester Coated range. One of the most popular options in today’s market, the sheets come with a high grade embossment leather grain effect and is available in an extensive range of colours. The 200 Micron coating gives an unofficial (otherwise applied for) guarantee of 30 years inland and 25 years coast-side, ensuring peace of mind over the product longevity. The Plastisol Coated finish is commonly used for industrial building but is also ideal for domestic projects and it's also available for the Composite Panel (using a 0.5mm top sheet).

Every colour shown is available in both 0.5mm and 0.7mm thickness’ and is generally in stock. Other colours are available on request, please contact us for more information.

POLYESTER FINISH

The Polyester Coated finish offers you a cost effective option against our Plastisol Coated range. So even though this doesn’t have the same life expectancy, it doesn't alter the fact that the Polyester coated option gives a fantastic finish and quality. With a 25/10 Micron coating you are provided an unofficial (otherwise applied for) guarantee of 25 years inland and 20 years coast side to give you excellent value for money and long term piece of mind. This is a great option for farm buildings and domestic projects and remains the farmer’s favourite!

GALVANISED STEEL EFFECT

The Galvanised finish sheets are commonly used in the corrugated profile and form part of our budget range of sheets. With a Z275 gram galvanised coating, these sheets usually have a lifespan of between 15-20 years depending on the site location. Although these are budget sheets, they still have a long life-span and look great but if you fancy a cost-effective coated sheet, check out our Grey Alkyd (matt coated) option below.

GREY ALKYD

The Grey Alkyd (Non-Prime) finish is extremely popular because not only is it great value for money but it also provides a coating, giving it that more exclusive look. The coated grade is low compared to the Polyester and Plastisol Coated finishes, but even so it still has an equal lifespan to the Galvanised finished sheeting (approx 15-20 years).
